Volunteering

SVFP enjoys the support of a large team of volunteers who enhance the culture of the organisation by their commitment of time as well as by their enthusiasm and love for the families and children they seek to support.

St Vincent 014Our work depends on volunteers and we are grateful for the many people who have volunteered with us.

Volunteering can be a great way of meeting people, learning new skills and gaining job experience as well as giving back to the local community. Students studying child care or social work and wanting a ‘placement’ find we are a good organisation to help with their learning process.

If you are thinking of volunteering but are not sure whether you qualify click on Qualifications for Volunteering.
