  1. What we do

DROP IN & CRÈCHE

"Me and my daughter love this place!! I can't imagine my life without it now. My daughter cannot wait to get there everyday!"

Our "Drop-In" sessions

Our Drop In sessions provide a space for local families with children under 5 years with an opportunity to socialise with one another, as their children learn and make new friends through a range of educational activities.

This enables parents to develop healthy relationships with others at the project and seek extra guidance from staff and volunteers. Drop In sessions are supported by staff and volunteers who help in the play sessions with their children. These sessions are open to everyone who would like to join St. Vincent's Family Project!

When are they held?

They are held weekly on Tuesday and Thursdays 10am-12pm and 1pm-2:30pm; as well as Wednesdays 1pm-2:30pm.

How you and your child can take part?

If your child is under 5 years old and you are the parent or guardian, you can just visit our session.

Our crèche

Crèche sessions are provided for those who need it most in the area and the limited number of places are allocated by staff. Children who attend our drop in sessions can then be considered for crèche places.  Upon referral, parents can leave their children (up to 5 years old) in a safe environment while they attend development courses or support groups or just enjoy some space.  In crèche children meet others of their own age and learn to make new friends as well as enjoying a range of creative activities in the care of qualified and experienced team. Our staff can also offer guidance on child development and behaviour management.

When are they held?

Crèche is open on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10am-12pm
