Terms and Conditions for #SVFPlolly competition

Entering the Competition

1. Entry to the #SVFP lolly competition (the "Competition ") is only open to children in the age groups 0-11 years old stated who are either a resident or attend school in Westminster (the "Entrant")
2. Entering the Competition must be made with the Entrant’s parent/guardian’s (the “Parent/Guardian”) consent who must sign their acceptance to the statements on the entry form which includes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. To enter the Competition, the Entrant must design a unique lolly design and either take a photo of the design and hashtag #SVFPlolly, or send it via post to Methodist Central Hall, Storey’s Gate, Westminster, London SW1H 9NH
4. Any entry which has not completed this form and does not have complete acceptance of the statements on the entry form by the Parent/Guardian will be rejected.
5. Any entry which is otherwise incomplete, illegible, defaced or a copy of an official form will be rejected.
6. Entries to the Competition must be submitted to arrive no later than 9th July 2018 23:59 by hash tagging our #SVFPlolly on social media or by post to the address set out in the Competition brief. No entries received after this time will be accepted.
7. Only 1 entry is allowed per entrant. Once submitted, entries will not be returned to the Entrant.

The Prizes

8. The prizes that will be awarded to the two winners of the Competition are: - 24 ’Ice Kitchen Lollies’ that will be delivered to the Entrants - Both winners’ entries will be published on our website and our social media pages
9. St. Vincent’s Family Project will own the copyright of the entries.
10. St. Vincent’s Family Project reserves the right to substitute any prizes with a prize of equivalent or higher value in the event of circumstances outside of its control. There is no cash alternative to prizes.

Picking the winner and shortlisted entries

11. The entries will be judged by a panel of judges consisting of staff from St. Vincent’s Family Project.
12. The winner will be the Entrant who shows the most enthusiasm in creating their wacky lolly for the competition.
13. The Parent/Guardian of the winner and/or shortlisted Entrants will be notified by telephone or email two days prior to the delivery of the lollies to the school on July 11th. 14. Winners may be requested to take part in promotional activities, including but not limited to having photos of them being shared to the media as well as on social media, providing written statements to winning the competition. All consent will be required beforehand.
15. The judges’ decisions are final.

General Terms

16. St. Vincent’s Family Project reserve the right to refuse to award lollies to anyone found to be in breach of these terms and conditions.
17. The Promoter of the free prize draw is St. Vincent’s Family Project, Methodist Central Hall, Storey’s Gate, Westminster, London SW1H 9NH

Privacy statement

St.Vincent’s Family Project and its subsidiaries will only use the Entrant’s and the Parent/Guardian’s personal information for the purposes of administering this competition, informing the Parent/Guardian if the Entrant has won and if so, issuing and arranging the prizes (including passing the name, age group and school to the Ice Kitchen).
The Entrant’s and Parent/Guardian’s personal information will be properly safeguarded and processed in accordance with the requirements of privacy and new data protection regulations.
